The driver arrived around 30 mins early. The driver was very polite, friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The car was in superb condition and was very comfortable. The driver was very flexible with driving the car for our wedding photos. The driver drove the car down from Birmingham and was a very good driver.

Great communication from the start. Arrived early. Car and driver both looked immaculate. Driver was very patient when we had some unexpected delays. Really helped make my daughter’s wedding extra special. I would definitely recommend, and use again . Thank you

Informed limo wasn’t available 2days before so then got to choose the a different car. went for Jaguar XF and I’m so glad I did! Car was immaculately clean and driver was well turned out and friendly

The car was lovely as upgraded to a hummer but the driver was not very professional, as on his phone whilst driving he looked scruffy not even suit and was 20 minutes late arriving

Disappointed that there was no ribbon as stated on the car other than that everything was fine

Couldn’t fault the service at all. The driver was incredibly friendly and helpful, even though he was a new driver with the company and must have been nervous. Car had drinks for the passengers and Bluetooth audio so we could play our own music. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

This car turned uo straight from another wedding the driver was cleaning it out outside my house then when asked where the bubbly was he stated the last people drank it... then to top it off the car went into lump mode.wouldnt go over 10mph and then kept cutting out in the end we had to call 3 people with cars feom my church to come pick us up as there were 12 of us in total and when we asked can he get another car to come collect us he said no the other car broke down also I was 30 mins late to my wedding

cant think of a single fault came early and cars looked amazing driver was best i have seen help us with everything even went out of his way to visit my grandma as she was to old to attend the wedding to get some photos the best ever would pick them again and again to would tell everyone i know to use them thanks again for a brilliant day the best ever

The car arrived as I was supposed to leave to get to wedding the driver did not speak to us other than to confirm where we was going no music in car total silence car was dirty on outside engine management light on car tire inflation light kept coming on on more than one occasion driver had to brake hard causing me to slip off seat in my wedding dress driver did not hold door open for me to get in clearly he really didn’t want to be there and I would not recommend for a wedding as was not professional at all

Amazing service. Booked as wedding transport for groom and party. Car arrived perfectly on time and the service was as smooth and elegant as the drive itself. Chauffer was polite and helped start the day off wonderfully. The only minor issue was the owner took a (well deserved) week off leading up to our booking and was a little difficult to contact regarding payment and confirmation of pick-up (caused a little anxiety over if booking was still valid and going ahead) but once they returned they were exceptional in communication and service which more than made up for that slight panic. The car is even more amazing than the photos suggest and worked perfectly with our venue. The driver was also very happy to keep the car parked up until all guests had arrived before departing. 5 stars all round.

We booked a rolls royce and limo for our daughters wedding. Communication was good and they were both on time. Drivers were nice.

We hired this car for our daughters wedding. The car arrived slightly earlier than required but this gave more opportunities for photos. It was spotlessly clean and the driver was very polite and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. he always smiled and chatted whilst driving. This helped calm nerves. I would definitely recommend this service.

Our day went fantastic from start to finish our car arrived early and the driver was helpful with all 13 of us the car was clean and tidy, we arrived at registry office and it rained the driver was there with a umbrella for all of us and when we got married very helpful.
